Tourist Rewards 2023 - Terms & Conditions

Tourist Reward 2023 at Wisma Atria (Monday 14 August 2023 – Wednesday 31 July 2024)

  1. ‘Tourist Reward 2023’ (“the promotion” is exclusive to foreign tourists (referred as “Eligible Shopper”) who are not resident in Singapore. All tourists can download the Wisma Atria mobile app and sign up as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. Eligibility for Promotion is limited to aged 18 years old and above as at the time of redemption. Singapore Citizens, PRs residing in Singapore, holders of Employment Pass/S Pass/ Work Permit/ Dependents’ Pass/ Long Term Visit Pass/ Work Holiday Pass/ Training Employment Pass/ Training Work Permit/ Student Pass are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
    Eligible Shopper refers to any foreign visitor with a short stay in Singapore of not more than three (3) weeks.
  2. To earn Rewards/E-vouchers, tourists must be personally present at the Concierge Counter at Level 1 with their original passport and SG e-Arrival card to sign up for a free Wisma Atria membership. The following information is required from all tourists signing up for the Promotion: Full Name, Nationality, Date of Birth, a valid email address and contact number.
  3. Upon successful sign up of the Promotion, the tourist (referred to as an “Eligible Shopper” for the purpose of this Promotion) will be required to download the Wisma Atria mobile app on his / her mobile phone to receive the welcome gift and relevant shopping rewards of each campaign within this Promotion. The mobile app is available for download from Apple and Google Play stores. Tourists can use the Terminal (located in participating stores within Wisma Atria) to scan the QR code in the mobile app upon making payment at the counter. Accumulative spending within the day is allowed. A maximum number of three (3) combined receipts with minimum transactional value of Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) per receipt  is allowed.  Only approved transaction(s) will qualify for the Promotion.
  4. Welcome Gift: S$5 Wisma Atria e-Voucher: The Eligible Shopper can receive a S$5 Wisma Atria e-Voucher credited to member’s in-app wallet upon signing up as a Wisma Atria App Members at the Concierge Counter between 10.00am to 10.00pm daily. The S$5 Wisma Atria e-Voucher has a validity period of 3 months from the issued date. Redemption of the reward is limited to 1 redemption per Eligible Shopper per campaign period, while stocks last.
  5. Gift With Purchase: S$10 Wisma Atria e-Voucher: The Eligible Shopper can also redeem a S$10 Wisma Atria e-Voucher with a minimum spend of S$150. The Eligible Shopper will need to capture their transaction by using the Terminal (located in participating stores within Wisma Atria) to scan the QR code in the mobile app, with a maximum of 3 same-day combined transactions. The S$10 Wisma Atria e-Voucher will be auto-credited to the Eligible Shopper’s account with a validity period of 3 months from the issued date. Redemption of the reward is limited to 1 redemption per Eligible Shopper per month per promotion tier, while stocks last.
  6. Earning of Rewards/E-vouchers are not valid at the following stores: ALH RMC Money Changer, Au Croissant, Embassy 1967, Kei Kaisendon, Oh Happy Days, Oh!Sunny, Shadori, Subway Niche, Sourbombe Artisanal Bakery, TAG Heuer, Unity Pharmacy, ICON, IORA, Le Coq Sportif, Longines, Mango, mǐ the salon/ Spa 45, Nail Palace, OCBC, REPLAY, Sabaai Sabaai Boutique Spa, Salon VIM, SONY, Yann Beyrie Salon, Pop Up Sales stores and all shops within Isetan Wisma Atria.
  7. Purchase of Wisma Atria and tenants gift vouchers & gift cards, pushcarts, atrium sales, roadshows, office tenants, bill payments via automated machines or at any outlet, topping up of cash card/debit/prepaid or store value cards, tenant’s / bank’s credit card loyalty points, purchase of postage stamps, phone cards, SISTIC tickets and handwritten receipts DO NOT qualify for promotions/redemptions. Payment made by gift vouchers, gift cards and store value cards also DO NOT qualify.
  8. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, YTL Starhill Global Property Management Pte Ltd (collectively, “YTL Starhill Global Property Management Pte Ltd”), and authorized agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with YTL Starhill Global Property Management Pte Ltd’s and Data Protection Policy and may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
  9. Agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees (“the Indemnified Parties”) fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.
  10. Acceptance of any Wisma Atria e-Voucher Reward shall constitute consent on the part of the Eligible Shopper to allow the use of his / her name, image, voice and/or likeness by the Organizer for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
  11. Redemption of Rewards/E-vouchers is final. There is no refund of Rewards/E-vouchers once a transaction is completed. Rewards/E-vouchers are not redeemable for exchange of vouchers or cash. There will be no warranty or representation or liability on the part of Wisma Atria for the Rewards/E-vouchers offered.
  12. Wisma Atria shall not be liable for inaccurate usage of Rewards/E-vouchers because of technical malfunction, operator fault, member misconduct or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Wisma Atria.
  13. If an Eligible Shopper is found to have arranged for a return or refund of Qualifying Purchases after award of Rewards/E-vouchers, Wisma Atria reserves the right to void, cancel, reject, invalidate, or retract, in its sole discretion, the Rewards/E-vouchers including redeemed/utilised e-vouchers without notice. Further compensation in terms of monetary terms from Eligible Shopper may be required.
  14. In the event of technical issues, Eligible Shopper’ accounts will be updated when the system is available.
  15. Every successful burn/usage of e-voucher in store is non-refundable and non-reversible upon scanning. Any unclaimed Rewards/E-vouchers and unutilised or remaining value of the E-vouchers after date of expiry will not be refunded or exchanged for cash, replaced or extended for any reasons.
  16. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he / she has read and agreed to this Promotion Terms and Conditions.
  17. This Promotion Terms and Conditions Shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve all disputes.
  18. Information is correct at the time of printing and is subject to changes. The Organizer and Management reserves the right to change terms and dates of promotion and will not be held responsible for all tenants’ and sponsors’ retail offers and /or prizes/gifts contributed. Participation in this promotion shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and the amendments thereof.
  19. By participating in the promotion, participants are consenting to Wisma Atria disseminating future SMS/email communications, collecting, using and disclosing such information for verifying their identity, contacting them in event of any emergencies, and related purposes.
