Wisma Atria Corporate Rewards (5 October 2023 – 4 September 2024)

Terms & Conditions

  1. ‘Wisma Atria Corporate Rewards” this promotion is exclusive to Wisma Atria Rewards member who are part of the business community in Wisma Atria Office and Ngee Ann City Tower B.
  2. To be eligible for this promotion, eligible staff will be required to download and sign up for the Wisma Atria Rewards mobile app on his / her mobile phone. The following information is required from all staff signing up for the Promotion: Full Name, Date of Birth, Company Name, a valid email address and contact number.
  3. After successfully signing up for the Wisma Atria Rewards app, the member (referred to as an “Eligible Staff” for the purpose of this promotion) must personally present at the Concierge Counter at Level 1 with their business card or staff pass to activate for a free Wisma Atria Corporate Rewards Membership to receive the welcome gift.
  4. The mobile app is available for download from Apple and Google Play stores. Members can scan their in-app Member QR code at the Terminal (located in participating stores within Wisma Atria) to clock in their purchases and transactions. A minimum spend of S20 in a single transaction is required for each scan and no limit on the number of scans per day.
  5. Wisma Atria Corporate Rewards New Member Exclusive: Receive a $5* Wisma Atria e-Voucher as a welcome gift when you sign up as a Wisma Atria Corporate Member by presenting your business card or staff card at our Concierge Counter Level 1. Limited to first 100 sign-ups per month. Limited to 1 redemption per member per campaign on a first-come, first-served and while stocks last basis.
  6. Wisma Atria Corporate Rewards Member Exclusive: Receive an exclusive upgrade to the 12-months Elite Member tier, where you can earn x2 WA Points.
  7. Earning of Rewards/E-vouchers are not valid at the following stores: ALH RMC Money Changer, Au Croissant, Asylum Coffeehouse & Ugly Cones, Embassy 1967, HaiDiLao Hot Pot, Kei Kaisendon, Oh Happy Days, Shadori, Subway Niche, Sourbombe Artisanal Bakery, Unity Pharmacy, ICON, IORA, Le Coq Sportif, Longines, Mango, mǐ the salon/ Spa 45, Nail Palace, OCBC, REPLAY, Sabaai Sabaai Boutique Spa, Salon VIM, SONY, Yann Beyrie Salon, Pop Up Sales stores and all shops within Isetan Wisma Atria.
  8. All members are required to scan the in-app Wisma Atria Rewards QR Code during payment in the participating stores. Wisma Atria e-Voucher will be credited into member’s e-wallet once the new member signs up as a Wisma Atria Rewards member. Limited to first 100 sign-ups per month. Limited to 1 redemption per member per campaign on a first-come, first-served and while stocks last basis. All officer workers are required to be personally present at the Concierge Counter Level 1 with their business card or staff pass to participate in this Corporate Rewards. The corporate rewards are valid from now till 4 September 2024, unless otherwise stated. Wisma Atria Rewards terms and conditions apply.   9. Purchase of Wisma Atria and tenants gift vouchers & gift cards, pushcarts, atrium sales, roadshows, office tenants, money changer, bill payments via automated machines or at any outlet, topping up of cash card/debit/prepaid or store value cards, tenant’s/bank’s credit card loyalty points,, purchase of postage stamps, phone cards, SISTIC tickets and handwritten receipts DO NOT qualify for promotions/redemptions. Payment made by gift vouchers, gift cards and store value cards also DO NOT qualify.
  10. Redemption of e-vouchers/rewards is final. There is no refund of Rewards/E-vouchers once a transaction is completed. Rewards/E-vouchers are not redeemable for exchange of vouchers or cash. There will be no warranty or representation or liability on the part of Wisma Atria for the Rewards/E-vouchers offered.
  11. Wisma Atria shall not be liable for inaccurate usage of Rewards/E-vouchers because of technical malfunction, operator fault, member misconduct or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Wisma Atria.
  12. If a Member is found to have arranged for a return or refund of Qualifying Purchases after award of Rewards/E-vouchers, Wisma Atria reserves the right to void, cancel, reject, invalidate, or retract, in its sole discretion, the Rewards/E-vouchers including redeemed/utilised e-vouchers without notice. Further compensation in terms of monetary terms from members may be required.
  13. In the event of technical issues, Members’ accounts will be updated when the system is available.
  14. Every successful burn/usage of e-voucher in store is non-refundable and non-reversible upon scanning. Any unclaimed Rewards/E-vouchers and unutilised or remaining value of the E-vouchers after date of expiry will not be refunded or exchanged for cash, replaced or extended for any reasons.
  15. Information is correct at the time of printing and is subject to changes. The Organizer and Management reserves the right to change terms and dates of promotion and will not be held responsible for all tenants’ and sponsors’ retail offers and /or prizes/gifts contributed. Participation in this promotion shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and the amendments thereof.
  16. By participating in the promotion, participants are consenting to Wisma Atria disseminating future SMS/email communications, collecting, using and disclosing such information for verifying their identity, contacting them in event of any emergencies, and related purposes.
