Discover Card Application Terms & Conditions
  1. Applications are open to first-time applicants only and all applicant must apply PERSONALLY at the Concierge, Level 1.
  2. All applicants must be 16 years old and above.
  3. All applicants must be completed fully and legibly. Your NRIC or passport must be presented for verification with the application.
  4. Applicants must present original receipt(s) totaling of $300 in nett value (max. 20 combined receipts), for verifications at the point of application. Purchases must be made within one month from shops in Wisma Atria and original receipts must be accompanied by original credit/charge slips, original NETS receipts where applicable.
  5. Upon receipt and acceptance of the card, cardmembers will be given a copy of the terms and conditions governing the use of Wisma Discover Card and shall be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. The card is the property of Macquarie Pacific Star Property Management Pte. Ltd. and Macquarie Pacific Star Property Management Pte. Ltd. reverse the right at anytime at its sole discretion to reject any application, without assigning any reasons. The management''s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
Discover Card Application Terms & Conditions
  1. It is agreed that all Cardmembers' privileges and rights to enjoy the promotions, discount and special offers (collectively referred to as ''offers'' and individually as ''offer'') from time to time offered by the participating outlets in the Wisma Discover Card Program (herein referred as Participating Merchants) are governed by the Terms and Conditions herein and such other Terms and Conditions laid down by the Participating Merchants in the Wisma Discover Card Program. Failure to comply with such Terms and Conditions shall result in the refusal of such Offers by the Participating Merchants, and/or the cancellation of the Card by Macquarie Pacific Star Property Management Pte. Ltd. (herein referred to as the Company).
  2. The Card is a privilege card, and not a credit or charge card. The Card is issued for use solely by the Cardmember, and is not transferable. It shall only be used in respect of Offers by the Participating Merchants and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein.
  3. The Cardmember shall present the Card before or upon making any purchase from a Participating Merchant.
  4. The Card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, privileges cards or discount vouchers unless otherwise stated.
  5. Each Participating Merchant has the absolute discretion to reject the Card, if it has reasonable grounds to suspect, or there has been any report that the Card has been tempered with, whether intentional or not.
  6. The list of Participating Merchants and the Offers may be revised from time to time, without prior notice by the Company under the sole discretion of the Company.
  7. Although the Company will endeavour to ensure that Offer are made available by the Participating Merchants, the company shall not be liable in any way and no Cardmember shall have any claim whatsoever against the Company if the Card is not accepted or honoured by a Participating Merchant.
  8. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, physical injury, illness, costs or damages resulting from or during any visit to or purchases made from any Participating Merchant.
  9. The Company shall not be liable to any Cardmember in respect of any issues concerning the issuance of the Card and the operation and maintenance of the Wisma Discover Card.
  10. The Cardmember consents to the Company disclosing at its absolute discretion to any third parties details of any information in its possession or control relating to the Cardmember.
  11. The Company shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency in the goods purchased or services rendered by a Participating Merchant. Any claim by a Cardmember against, or dispute between a Cardmember with any Participating Merchant or any other party shall be settled between the Cardmember and such parties, without reference to the Company, and the Company shall not be affected by nor be obliged in any way to be involved in any of such dispute. No claim by any Cardmember against any Participating Merchants or third party shall be subject of a claim/defense or counterclaim against the Company.
  12. The Company shall not be liable for any loss (whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential), or damages suffered by reason of the Cardmember's use or inability to use the Card or any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning Cardmember or for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed.
  13. The Cardmember shall immediately notify the Company in writing if the Card is lost/damage/stolen or if there is any change of personal particulars, Replacement of lost/stolen/damage Card is subjected to the approval of the Company and a fee of $20 will be levied upon any replacements.
  14. The Company may at any time amend any of these terms and conditions by giving notice to the Cardmember(s). Such amendment(s) shall take effect in the date specified in such notice. If any Card is retained or used after the specified date, then the Cardmembers shall be deemed to have accepted such amendment (s).
  15. The used of the Card may be terminated by the Company at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason for such termination. Upon termination of the use of the Card by the Company, the Cardmember shall return such Card to the Company. The use of the Card may be terminated by the Cardmember by written notice and returning the Card to the Company.
  16. This Agreement shall be governed by and constituted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Cardmembers submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
